1. General

The website northline.co.il (the "Website") is operated by Uriel Federico Levin Zarecki, an exempt dealer (Osek Patur) trading as NORTHLINE ("Northline", "we"), of 10 Ayin. Hilel St., Ra'anana 4334719, Israel.

These Terms govern the use of the Website and purchases made through it. Placing an order on the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Age Restriction and Eligibility to Purchase

Purchases on the Website are permitted only to persons aged 18 or over who hold a valid credit card issued in Israel in their own name and an active email address. A minor who makes a purchase on the Website will be deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or legal guardian. Northline may cancel an order if it turns out that the customer does not meet these conditions.

3. Products and Prices

  • The Website offers charging accessories for sale. Product images are for illustration only, and there may be slight differences in color between the image and the product.
  • Prices on the Website are stated in New Israeli Shekels (₪). Northline is registered as an exempt dealer and therefore does not charge VAT and does not issue tax invoices. A receipt will be sent with every purchase.
  • Shipping fees are shown separately on the checkout page, before the order is completed.
  • Northline may update prices and stock from time to time. The binding price is the price shown when the order was completed.

4. Placing an Order and Payment

  • Payment is made by credit card or by the payment methods shown on the checkout page, through a secure payment processor. Credit card details are not stored by Northline.
  • An order becomes valid only after approval by the credit card company. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address entered in the order.
  • If an ordered product is out of stock, we will notify the customer and cancel the charge for it, or offer an alternative delivery date at the customer's choice.

5. Delivery

  • We ship within Israel only.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment approval, and delivery usually takes a further 2–5 business days, depending on the area. Delivery times do not include weekends and holidays.
  • A delay caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of Northline or the shipping company will not be considered a breach, and we will update the customer as soon as possible.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations made under it.

  • An order may be cancelled from the day it is placed until 14 days from the day the product is received or the day the transaction details document is received, whichever is later.
  • Notice of cancellation may be given by email at hello@northline.co.il, by phone at 050-273-5770, or by mail to the business address, and must include your full name and order number.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • For a cancellation that is not due to a defect, Northline may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
  • For a cancellation due to a defect, a non-conformity, or failure to deliver on time, no cancellation fee will be charged, and we will also refund the shipping fees and bear the cost of the return.
  • A customer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen (over 65), or a new immigrant may cancel a transaction within 4 months of the day it was made, provided that the transaction included a conversation between the customer and the business, and upon presenting the appropriate certificate.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

7. Warranty

A warranty for manufacturing defects is provided as described on the Product Warranty page. Nothing in these Terms derogates from consumer rights under any law.

8. Privacy

Personal information provided on the Website is stored and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, design, and trademarks, is owned by Northline or used under license. It may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts of the Central District.
